1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and c9399 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the c9399 website at https://c9399.app and all associated services, products, and features available thereon.

By accessing the c9399 platform, completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 3 Account Registration & Verification

One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on c9399. You must notify c9399 promptly of any changes to your personal information, including changes to your address, phone number, or payment method details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms.

Account Verification Timeline: Standard KYC verification is completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission during normal operating periods. During peak periods such as BPL season, IPL, or ICC tournament weeks, verification may take up to 72 hours. Withdrawals will be held pending successful verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

c9399 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay (mobile wallets), and bank cards issued by Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank (Visa and Mastercard). All transactions on c9399 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on c9399 is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and the amount will be returned to the originating payment method.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed until the balance reaches the minimum threshold.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on c9399 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or event, in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between a specific game rule and these general Terms, the specific game rule prevails.

Sports Betting: Bets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other sports are governed by the official rules of the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). c9399 does not guarantee the availability of any particular market or event and reserves the right to suspend or remove markets at any time, particularly in cases of suspicious betting activity, postponed or cancelled events, or live data feed failure.

In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability. c9399 uses third-party data feeds for live score and event data. Slight delays between real-world events and on-platform data are inherent to live betting and c9399 is not liable for bets placed based on information that was already outdated at the time of placement due to feed latency.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

c9399 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Confirmed or suspected underage access.
